Noida: सर्दी बढ़ते ही दिल्ली-एनसीआर की हवा और जहरीली होती जा रही है। इसी को देखते हुए कमीशन फॉर एयर क्वालिटी मैनेजमेंट (CAQM) ने मंगलवार से ग्रेडेड रिस्पांस एक्शन प्लान (GRAP) का तीसरा चरण लागू कर दिया है। अब नोएडा और आसपास के इलाकों में कई पाबंदियां लग गई हैं। जिनमें निर्माण कार्यों पर रोक, पुराने डीजल वाहनों की आवाजाही पर प्रतिबंध और डीजल जनरेटरों के इस्तेमाल पर रोक शामिल है।

नोएडा की हवा ‘गंभीर श्रेणी’ में

वहीं, मंगलवार को देश में दिल्ली के बाद नोएडा दूसरा सबसे प्रदूषित शहर रहा। यहां का एयर क्वालिटी इंडेक्स (AQI) 425 दर्ज किया गया जो गंभीर श्रेणी में आता है। सुबह 10 बजे 415, 11 बजे 422 और दोपहर दो बजे तक AQI 424 तक पहुंच गया। सेक्टर-125 में AQI 416, सेक्टर-116 में 429 और सेक्टर-1 में 416 दर्ज हुआ। सेक्टर-1 की हवा सबसे ज्यादा प्रदूषित पाई गई। शाम 4 बजे यह स्तर 426 तक जा पहुंचा। ग्रेटर नोएडा की स्थिति भी चिंताजनक रही, जहां AQI 406 दर्ज किया गया। बावजूद इसके कई जगहों पर न तो पानी का छिड़काव दिखा और न ही बीएस-3 और 4 वाहनों पर कोई विशेष कार्रवाई होती नजर आई। सड़कें आम दिनों की तरह धूल उड़ाती रहीं।

सर्दी बढ़ते ही प्रदूषण चरम पर

इस मौसम में पहली बार नोएडा का AQI 425 के पार गया है। हर साल की तरह इस बार भी सर्दी के साथ प्रदूषण का स्तर तेजी से बढ़ा है। 400 से ऊपर पहुंचते ही GRAP-3 लागू होता है, लेकिन शहर में नियमों की अनदेखी आम है। नोएडा की बिगड़ती हवा अब सिर्फ चेतावनी नहीं, बल्कि खतरे की घंटी बन चुकी है। अगर स्थिति ऐसी ही रही तो अगले चरण यानी GRAP-4 की कार्रवाई भी जल्द लागू करनी पड़ सकती है। फेफड़ा रोग विशेषज्ञ के मुताबिक, सामान्य दिनों की तुलना में अब दोगुने मरीज सांस संबंधी बीमारियों, खांसी और आंखों में जलन की शिकायत लेकर आ रहे हैं। हम लोगों को मास्क पहनने, पौष्टिक आहार लेने और बेवजह बाहर न निकलने की सलाह दे रहे हैं।

सीमेंट, बालू और मलबा ढोने वाले वाहनों पर रोक

स्टोन क्रशर और खनन कार्य बंद

डीजल जेनरेटरों का उपयोग प्रतिबंधित, केवल आपात सेवाओं को छूट

अंतरराज्यीय डीजल बसों की आवाजाही पर रोक

प्रदूषण से मरीजों की संख्या दोगुनी

बच्चों की सुरक्षा को लेकर स्कूलों के कदम

वहीं,वायु प्रदूषण के खतरे को देखते हुए नोएडा के सरकारी और निजी स्कूलों ने खुद ही ‘विंटर एक्शन प्लान’ लागू कर दिया है। आउटडोर गतिविधियां और प्रार्थना सभाएं बंद हों गई हैं। इसके अलावा इनडोर क्लासरू शिक्षण को बढ़ावा देने के साथ मास्क अनिवार्य, कई स्कूलों में एयर प्यूरिफायर लगाए गए हैं। बच्चों को स्वच्छता, पौष्टिक आहार और साझा चीजों से परहेज की सलाह दी जा रही है।
