हाई सिक्योरिटी नंबर प्लेट; 31 मार्च से पहले सभी वाहनों पर लगाना अनिवार्य, जानिए कैसे आपको मिलेगा

31 मार्च से पहले सभी वाहन मालिकों को अपने वाहन पर हाई सिक्योरिटी रजिस्ट्रेशन प्लेट को लगाना होगा। इसे उतना ही अनिवार्य कर दिया गया है, जितना चार पहिया के लिए सेट बेल्ट और दोपहिया के लिए हेलमेट। एक अप्रैल से अगर गाड़ी पर नंबर प्लेट नहीं होने पर आपका चालान काटा जाएगा। ऐसे में आए जानते हैं कि हाई सिक्योरिटी रजिस्ट्रेशन प्लेट (HSRP) के लिए ऑनलाइन (Online) और ऑफलाइन कैसे करें।
क्या है HSRP
आपको बता दें कि हाई सिक्योरिटी
रजिस्ट्रेशन प्लेट यानी हाई सिक्योरिटी नंबर प्लेट को पूरी तरह से एल्युमिनियम से
बनी होती है। इस प्लेट पर बाई ओर के ऊपरी कोने पर क्रोमियम बेस्ड एक होलोग्राम लगा
होता है, जिसमें
वाहन की सभी जानकारी रहती हैं। साथ ही यूनिक लेजर कोड भी लगा होता है, जो हर वाहन के लिए अलग-अलग होता है। इस
कोड को आसानी से नहीं हटाया जा सकता है। इसे नए वाहनों के साथ ही पुराने वाहनों पर
भी लगाना जरूरी है।
HSRP न होने पर कितना जुर्माना
देशभर में अब सभी गाड़ियों पर हाई
सिक्योरिटी नंबर प्लेट को लगवाना अनिवार्य कर दिया गया है। यह नियम उन लोगों के
लिए जिन्होंने अपनी गाड़ी का रजिस्ट्रेशन 1 अप्रैल 2019 से पहले कराया है। हर
राज्य के लिए इसके लिए अलग-अलग ट्रैफिक चालान राशि
है, जो 500 रुपये से लेकर 5 हजार रुपये के बीच में है।
ऑनलाइन आवेदन करने की प्रक्रिया
इसके लिए सबसे पहले आपको सरकार
द्वारा अधिकृत पंजीकरण पोर्टल Bookmyhsrp.com पर
जाना होगा। अब आपको यहां पर हाई सिक्योरिटी नंबर प्लेट विद कलर स्टीकर पर क्लिक
करना होगा। आपको बुकिंग डिटेल- वाहन नंबर, चेसिस नंबर, इंजन नंबर, पता, संपर्क सूत्र की जानकारी भरना होगा। अगर
आपका वाहन पर्सनल यूज के लिए है तो आपको non-transport ऑप्शन पर जाना होगा। अब आपको फॉर्म को
सबमिट करना होगा। इसके बाद आपको रजिस्टर नंबर पर एक यूजरनेम और पासवर्ड भेजा
जाएगा। आप वेबसाइट पर यूजरनेम और पासवर्ड से लॉगिन करके पेयमेंट करना होगा। जिसकी
आपको रसीद भी मिलेगी। ऊपर बताए गए प्रोसेस को पूरा करने के तीन से चार दिन बाद
आपकी HSRP बन
जाएगी। जब हाई सिक्योरिटी नंबर प्लेट बनजाए तो, तो आपके मोबाइल नंबर इसकी सूचना मिल
जाएगी।
ऑफलाइन कैसे पाएं हाई सिक्योरिटी
नंबर प्लेट
अगर आप हाई सिक्योरिटी नंबर
प्लेट को ऑफलाइन तरीके से बनवाना है तो आपको आरटीओ या डीलरशिप पर जाना होगा। यहां
पर आपको अपने वाहन से संबंधित सभी पहचान प्रमाण जैसे आरसी, लाइसेंस नंबर, और पते का प्रमाण भी ले जाना होगा। यहां
पर आप हाई सिक्योरिटी नंबर प्लेट के आवेदन पत्र चार्ज को जमा करना होगा और कुछ
दिन में यह बनकर आ जाएगा।
कितना आएगा खर्च?
बता दें कि हाई सिक्योरिटी
रजिस्ट्रेशन प्लेट (HSRP) को
बनवाने में आपको लगभग 500 से 1000 रुपये तक का पेमेंट करना होगा। इसके साथ ही आपको
इस प्लेट को लगवाने के लिए आपकी पसंदीदा जगह, समय और तारीख सिलेक्ट करने का ऑप्शन भी
दिया जाता है।
